Cancellation/No-Show Policy
At The No Foundation Nation, we have a 48-hour cancellation/no-show policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect the provider’s time.
Please note that any appointment that cancels and/or no-shows within 48 hours of the scheduled treatment time will be charged $200 with the card on file.
If a client has 3 consecutive late cancellations and/or no-shows, he/she will then be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking the appointment. The amount prepaid will be nonrefundable if the cancellation/no-show policy is violated again. If the appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount prepaid will be credited for future services at The No Foundation Nation.
Although these policies are in place to respect everyone’s time, if a client continues to violate them, he/she risks being terminated from the practice altogether.
